Rebecca Jackson

Rebecka Jackson is an interdisciplinary artist based in Los Angeles, California. She holds an MFA from California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) where she studied film producing and theater. Her current work is focused on multimedia performance art that integrates current events, political and social movements, and violence. Her past work spans a multitude of mediums through documentary-filmmaking, activism, writing, dancing, producing, and performing. As an activist, she integrates many of the cases and people from social justice movements. Rebecca was a participant in the “ALI to LA” partnership with PBS at Transformative Arts in 2021.
